Technical things has always come natural to me. I have been using computers for over 3 decades. I excel at troubleshooting through process of elimination. I have been using and troubleshooting issues on the Mac platform since the late 80’s, and now currently cell phones and system issues. I adapt to new environments and technologies, quickly overcoming challenges and roadblocks. I strive to explain the technical to the non-technical so they get a reasonable understanding of what is happening. I excel at being part of a team. Freelance Mac Platform Consultant
Responsible for creating and administering all aspects of several Mac OS networks for professional artists/designers. Diagnose and resolve all technical aspects including printers, OS X Server, color issues, upgrades. Set up servers for web, ftp, printing and file sharing, allowing the work flow of my clients as seamless as possible. This includes the transition from OS 9 to OS X and all subsequent upgrades.
