I graduated with an Associate Degree in Game Design from Austin Community College's Game Design Institute. I was a part of the indie studio Overmare Studios from 2012 to 2018. It is through this I have gained skills in working with a team with a wide assortment of disciplines. In addition I have been in retail for nearly 8 years working for Fry’s Electronics. In that time I have worked in a position of management for five years. I have gained experience in providing excellent customer support as well as training and leading junior associates. I have learned that patience and strong communication skills are important to success. Currently I am a IT Support Technician II at Parried. Diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems that user experience based on email or phone tickets.My expertise lies in creative problem solving, communication, logistics management, technical support, and customer relationships.
