Involved remodelling of the ships exterior, extensive MEP coordination & a 4 week construction programme on site.Hodges Bay resort, Antigua: A resort development in the Caribbean, comprising villas & apartments in private ownership, a hotel & standalone chalet type accommodation.QE2 Refurbishment, Dubai: Designs for conversion of the existing galley area in the bow of the ship into a 7* luxury spa split across 7 decks.Medical centre, Sharjah, UAE: Rehabilitation & wellness centres, as part of a larger hospital complex.Summerland resort, Lebanon: All public areas & guest-rooms of a 5* hotel on the Beirut sea front.Costa Neo Romantica: Extensive refurbishment of an existing cruise ship, including conversion of a theatre into two spa decks, insertion of a hydrotherapy pool on two levels, refurbishment of 650 existing cabins, construction of two new decks of cabins, new luxury restaurant.Euphorium Bakery, Threadneedle Street: Bakery store, managed by Tesco, within a ground floor unit in the City of London, including the creation of a new mezzanine.
