Currently at SO4 I am part of the senior leadership team and responsible for the Lake Way Project upstream delivery. I am responsible for the delivery of all non process plant capital works including the full development of the project brine supply, process water and all associated pond and pipeline infrastructure. This includes 1,300ha of Ponds, ~200km of pipelines and ~ 90 production bores with a CAPEX budget of ~44m AUD.

Responsible for the exploration and development of the full Lake Way project brine supply (exploration, heritage, approvals, production bores, transfer system, process water). As the manager for the Resource Development/Exploration group I was in charge of a team of 15 full time staff.

Project lead for the resource development of the Lake Way Potash Project in Wiluna, Western Australia. Responsible for the management of various drilling, production, expansion and field operations at Lake Way. In this role I manage a team of hydrogeologists, exploration and resource development staff and various contractor personnel.

Responsible for the planning, execution and management of hydrogeological exploration field programmes across the companies various tennements through-out Western Australia.
