Prior to consulting, I devoted 20 years of clinical practice – 16 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) & Autism Services (AS), with a PhD in Special Education and specialization in evidence-based Early Intervention. My most recent ABA/AS work included launching a statewide outpatient clinic program for a nonprofit provider, serving as the program's Behavioral Healthcare Administrator role and Statewide Director.I continue to pursue my passion for equitable access to child and family support services, ethical standards of organizational practice, and advancement of high-quality ABA/AS with meaningful outcomes through voluntary committee work with state- and national-level nonprofit organizations dedicated to such missions.
