During my tenure, Quantum Metric served over 20% of the world’s Fortune 500 companies and the platform for which I was responsible processed over a quarter of the world's total Internet traffic. I led a dynamic cross-functional organization that spanned a wide range of teams and domains, including Platform Services, Data Science/Machine Learning, Data Enrichment and Enablement, ML Ops, Data Ingestion, API Platforms, Site Reliability & Infrastructure, Developer Experience/Tooling/Delivery & CI/CD, and CX.

I led experience engineering for Helm, Comcast’s customer experience data company, as well as Comcast’s internal customer experience personalization group. The leaders and cross-functional organizations I led spanned multiple domains and assumed a wide range of responsibilities. Among them:• Designing and building state-of-the-art, high-NPS, syndication-focused experiences and platform technologies that empowered global customer and workforce populations, enabled enterprise digital transformation initiatives, and drove complex interactions• Solutions design and cross-platform journey/decisioning orchestration• Leadership and technology strategy — building, evolving, and realigning technology teams, products, and processes• Building secure, privacy-focused, high-consumption APIs that served a broad range of clients both inside and outside Comcast• Architecting and building experiences and systems through which ML/AI-driven interactions and proactive problem identification/mitigation systems were given lifeMy responsibilities also included aspects of business operations, customer success, and finance, as well as collaborating with key Comcast senior executives such as the Chief Software Architect/Senior Fellow, EVP of Customer Service, and Chief Privacy/Legal Officer.At the end of the day, however, I’m most proud of my reputation for identifying talent and hiring best-in-class technical, product, leadership, and business personnel.

Previously, I served in key leadership roles across a range of Comcast’s technology organizations, including CIM, Technology & Product, and Customer Experience/NCO. My responsibilities included leading the teams and leaders responsible for enterprise-scale customer-facing experiences such as my.xfinity.com, Fancast, and comcast.net; building first-to-market hardware/software interface technologies; and leading critical revenue-generating initiatives such as search, editorial CMS, and credit/Xfinity Rewards.

InGrid delivered first-to-market consumer wireless home security technology. InGrid rebranded as Lifeshield (DirectTV/AT&T) shortly after my departure.• Led leaders and teams consisting of software engineers, developers, QA personnel, and designers• Was responsible for the development and maintenance of InGrid’s market-facing e-commerce infrastructure, overseeing strategy, integration with logistics/fulfillment systems, analytics/reporting, and affiliate/associate programs• Managed — and served as primary strategic lead for — InGrid's entire market-facing web presence and all custom web application projects• Measurably lowered CPGA and increased conversion during a period of exponential growth• Served as a technical POC contact for partner companies, third-party contractors, and vendors, and as the primary technical advisory to executive management; reported directly to InGrid's CMO
