Plan and execute floor-sets each month as directed by the brand. Over see the sales floor, manage associates, open and closing operations and daily managerial routines.

Maintain awareness of facility safety, in and out of the water. Teach and facilitate swim lessons for beginners, ages 1-10. Audits and testing on CPR and First Aid skills three times per month.
