Current Coordinator of Ambulatory Operations with Atlantic Health System. In this role, I focus on the daily operations, patient satisfaction/experience, and upholding the Joint Commission standards of my assigned outpatient facilities and Atlantic AdvancED Urgent Cares (AAUC). Throughout this role, I am able to implement ideas and initiatives that help support the growth of the outpatient facilities and AAUCs.While working full-time, I am a full-time student at Rutgers University, in pursuit of my Master of Health Administration degree. By doing both my job and degree full time, I am able to enhance my time management skills, as well as apply what I learn in my MHA classes to real life scenarios in my role. With this degree, I have hopes of succeeding in my passion of improving patient's lives and guaranteeing their needs always come first.Throughout my studies, I have found interests in both inpatient and outpatient operations, service lines, expansions, finance, patient quality, health policy/compliance, and pharmaceutical development/operationsLastly, I am an honors graduate from West Virginia University, where I studied Health Services Management & Leadership and minored in accounting. I graduated Summa Cum Laude and was 1 of 5 students in my major inducted into Upsilon Phi Delta, an honors society for high achieving Health Administration students.
