Throughout my higher education and work experiences, I have learned a variety of skills and obtained some proficiencies which will serve to benefit me in my accounting career. My tax internship allowed me to have the opportunity to gain experience preparing 1040 tax returns and working with tax software such as Prosystem Fx. I am proficient with QuickBooks and have worked as a Bookkeeper reconciling financial statements and handling AR/AP. I have a penchant for accuracy and efficiency. A strong work ethic has been instilled in me, evidenced by maintaining excellent grades and being invited to join Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and the Delta Mu Delta Honors Society. My academic career has culminated with my earning a Master's degree in Accounting at North Carolina State University, thanks to my strong work ethic and learning skills.
