- Coordinated inspection services with prime contractor, client, and mechanical subcontractors through weekly meetings and producing daily reporting of repair and inspection statuses.- Supervised a rotating team of engineers and inspectors to prioritize and perform project tasks across five 12.5 million gallon fuel tanks and 2.5 miles of pipeline.- Engineered a piping system to be routed through and installed in an abandoned piping run to eliminate demolition costs and created AutoCAD models to prove installation feasibility.- Performed pipeline and tank inspections at dozens of military and commercial fuel facilities, assessed system integrity, and recommended repairs in accordance with ASME, API, and UFGS requirements.

- Produced and tested biodiesel and glycerin fuel blends to optimize usability and shelf life through calorimetry, viscosity, and accelerated stability tests.- Designed, fabricated, and tested a 50-gallon batch distillation column for use in refining crude glycerol.- Developed a home heating test for an early adopter to trial fuel blends throughout the northern Maine winter.
