I am currently a 3rd year student at the University of Florida, majoring in Civil Engineering while specializing in structural and geotechnical engineering. I have experience in the Construction Management field, having completed an internship at Park & Eleazer Construction LLC. There I learned how the construction field operates, working in the office and out in the field. While in the office, I learned how to record and create necessary documentation in Procore, including RFIs, Submittals, and Contracts. In the field, I scheduled subcontractors to ensure the project was brought to completion on time and with client approval. It also taught me how to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors to see projects through to completion. I have completed technical courses on the use of AutoCAD and Revit, in which I've learned best practices on how to draw and communicate relevant information using the drawing software. I aspire to further my experience in the construction sector, whether that be through project management or civil engineering, with a company that values its clients and has a passion to push towards excellence and innovation in the construction field.
