In my Lettings role I also carry out market appraisals/valuations on varying types of properties. I enjoy advising first time landlords on all the legal aspects of letting their property as well as helping existing landlords improve the return on their investment. I always strive to find the very best tenants for my clients because in the long run it is best for both the landlord and I to have a smooth running tenancy.As a Domestic Energy Assessor I am able to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for clients selling or letting through Matthew Anthony, as well as the general public who may need, or want, an EPC for various reasons. In a competitive industry that is essentially unregulated I think it is important to differentiate yourself against your competitors and I believe qualifications are an excellent way of doing so.
