Re-engaged potentially lost client by consulting with their new needs and working with internal team to provide solution. Client resigned with our company and $1.5 million in revenue resulted which would have been lost. •Successfully managed $2 Million of revenue per year while retaining over 95% of customer base •Lead the creation and production of marketing content for Marketing team. Created 30+ videos with library for future use by teams and clients.
