Managing all aspects of the service side of the business.In my first month had already achieved major goals in turning around customer relationships, reorganising the service team to achieve productive work habits, smashing goals around service delivery and most importantly creating a bond and providing mentorship to my team. I have also been working with customers to assess their business needs and come up with solutions right through to build and delivery of projects.Recently projects have included SD-Wan network builds, ground-up implementation of Intune and Autopilot, building infrastructure in Azure cloud, creation of Security Focused MSP offerings for SME'sI was the brainchild for the inSupport package for SME's incorporating 3rd party recommendations such as essential eight and cyber security insurance into a managed services contract. My role now varies far and wide assisting in accounts and forming the basis of our chat of account as well as aspects of Human Resources such as performance reporting, hiring, complaints handling and policies.

Working autonomously with a small team based interstate, I manage all facets of IT from networks, security to troubleshooting and continuous improvement. During this time I was also acting IT manager overseeing head office moves, projet management, bringing on new customers and leading the technical aspect of the IT team. I have mentored junior colleagues interstate to work autonomously to the point they can keep the business running if the rest of the team is absent or working on other projects. I have lead projects from conception through to completion and bau support.

My time at Linktech Australia involved supporting multiple organisations IT Systems, both onsite and remotely. I have worked with a variety of environment, from a large retail franchise, to industrial and pharmaceutical manufacturing to financial institutions.Responsibilities- Taking Support calls o Desktop support o Network support o Software Service support- Maintenance and troubleshooting of VoIP systems - Configuration and Deployment of SD WAN network nodes - Documenting clients network and new site configurations - Monitoring clients Server infrastructure and backups - Onsite hardware deployment

I worked at BMT through the Swinburne Industry Based Learning program on a 12 Month placement. During this time I work autonomously to manage every aspect of their IT environment. The expectation going in to this role was to maintain the current infrastructure and continue on plans to implement a system to improve document quality control. During my time I found many areas I could improve and went beyond expectations to improve and path the way for future IT plans and growth.My largest achievement while working at BMT Design and Technology was the implementation and migration of Office 365. This was a major leap forward for the company as it was the first cloud service the company would use. Taking into consideration regulations surrounding defence data storage, I worked on the implementation of Sharepoint Online. Realising how powerful the Office 365 platform can be I leveraged the other service it provided largely Exchange online. I also found value in the Power BI, Yammer along with future value in the compliance control features and integration with Skype for Business. To support this new internet connections were required. I had investigated planned and began the implementation of fibre to the premises. I also had to consider our new branch office in Canberra, along with security required for handling defence information. With greater infrastructure it allowed us to roll out more services including VoIP at both offices. On top of that I had implemented various other improvements and plans for future improvments including.- Helpdesk ticketing system.- Implementation of an Asset management system (Spiceworks)- Improvments in security procedures- Disaster recovery planning- Upgrades to Windows 10 to allow for future server upgrades and leverage more Microsoft cloud services- Documentation for future planning and direction of the business
