Cast-in-situ piles, for example, may require large cranes and rigs and generate much noise and vibrations. Others result in ground spoils, which is especially problematic with contaminated sites. As pile contractors ourselves, we encounter many of these problems on the job with deep foundations.PROOF TESTED. PROJECT PROVEN.Drivecast is a common-sense pile solution that was developed out of necessity in the field, perfected by engineers, and proven in applications nationally. This pile establishes a cylindrical void which allows a column of grout to be immediately pulled down from a gravity-fed reservoir, creating a fully grouted, high-capacity pile. Drivecast uses short pile extensions coupled together to reach any depth. Drivecast is optimal for limited access foundation areas with low overhead or low clearance conditions.
