Matt is a Vice President, Corporate Communications and Internal Communications Lead at Ares Management Corporation. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Matt was a Vice President at Santander US where over his tenure he led communications strategy for divisions including Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Consumer Banking, Small Business Banking, Retail Investments and functional support groups. Matt also led communications for the pandemic response team at Santander and led the initial phases of the return to the office transition. Previously, Matt held communications roles at both Prudential Financial and The Hartford Financial Services Group. Matt has a B.A. in Communication from the University of Hartford.
