I represent Xbox Game Studios in driving major multi-disciplinary initiatives, working with engineering, marketing and business partners to define strategy, then formulate and drive requirements on behalf of our studios. Examples include PC Game Pass, Xbox Play Anywhere, and the launch of our gaming portfolio on multiple platforms, from Windows 10 to Xbox Series X.I incubated two initiatives with Microsoft Research to bring machine learning into the gaming space, resulting in a multi-year project that will ship in several upcoming titles.I am the Program Manager for an initiative to foster cross-studio code sharing and co-development. I am an evangelist for new technology, helping our studios understand what features they should adopt and where co-development with the Xbox Platform team would benefit both parties.I am the first line of support for our studios' technical, production and creative teams throughout the development, launch, and post-launch servicing cycles of our games.

I was the Business Operations Lead for the launch of Xbox One, running a 16-month project that culminated in the flawless launch of the console's digital marketplace. I managed and mentored a team of 24 (full-time and vendor) staff in USA, Japan and UK. I developed and executed the plan for Xbox Business Operations to scale and support both Xbox One and Xbox 360 platforms. I re-engineered the processes of a large, international team to increase team efficiency by 90%. I built relationships and influence with multiple engineering teams to define and deliver the requirements for Xbox's ingestion pipeline.
