    I left the CBRE business with a legacy of AI intelligence, incremental revenue streams, and a fast growing investment in technology with global reach that far exceeded the objectives given to me by the CBRE executive team who brought me into the company.The objectives handed to me was to establish a traditional retail analytics advisory business for CBRE in Australia. My approach was to deliver a unique service to my clients that focused on both big and small data sets to deliver insights from live customer behavioural data, disrupting the traditional demographic and spatial analysis approach that had been embedded and unchallenged in the property industry for decades. Seeing a broader opportunity for the business to drive transactions through data intelligence, I founded, structured and nurtured CBRE's relationship with Pathzz, an Australian prop-tech company, and spearheaded CBRE's eventual multi-million dollar investment in this technology.Pathzz is now embedded across CBRE, meaning that the retail analytics business line I established is now automated through AI on every brokers' laptop and iPad with insights available for any property at the touch of a button. My work being done, it was time to search for my next opportunity.
