I am a strong believer that technology should make my partners lives easier.My IT career started with desktop support, moved to system administration, next network engineering, then to a supervisory role and now am in my current role in IT leadership. My career path provided me with exposure to many different technologies and disciplines - Active Directory, hardware and software life-cycle management, SAN (Storage Area Networks), virtualization (mainly VMWare), Database management (primarily Microsoft SQL), network infrastructure, policies/standards/procedures, ITIL principles, IT management, corporate leadership, talent development, and more.I am just as comfortable working in complex technology environments as acting as a leader to develop corporate policies and direction.I think my co-workers would say what I do best is promote collaboration, identify core issues, improve processes, and recognize, hire and develop talent.
