Responsibilities included staffing, training, compliance, personnel scheduling, and financial responsibility, in addition to assisting the area Business Development Manager with acquisitions of new business for the Orange County branch operations, which ran approximately 5,000 scheduled hours per week. Provided conflict resolution and response for all client security needs. Directly responsible for 150+ security personnel, and a subordinate office staff including receptionist, HR specialist, and operations manager.
