Appointed by the industry regulator to lead the transformation of an Australian Financial Services organisation. Reviewed, evaluated and refreshed the Board and Executive Leadership Team. Recruited and inducted new Leaders across the organisation and established appropriate risk operating protocols to comply with Regulator’s requirements. Secured and delivered multiple organisational transformation programs in various industries. Of specific note were a global Not For Profit and a large Regional Council resulting in significant cost savings, Executive Team redesign and structural change aligned to greater customer / resident outcomes.Supported and guided the newly appointed CEO of a national retailer to develop leadership agility and capability across all Senior Leaders. Designed and developed a blended 12 month program delivered remotely addressing the evolving challenges of leading during continual lockdowns and significant ongoing disruptions to operations. Resulting in improved leadership engagement, sentiment and ability to support large distributed Front Line retail teams.
