• West leader of EY’s new national Transfer Pricing EDGE Practice that consists of technical transfer pricing and project management resources that deliver Global Documentation projects. In this role, I oversaw upscaling the team from a handful of members to a practice of 45 people that are responsible for 120 client accounts. In addition, I have helped drive the vision of the practice while deciding KPIs for the team and ensuring we follow the firm's best practices.• Developed innovative excel models, applied technology and built processes that increased the speed, accuracy and level of detail in client deliverables, allowing projects to be completed a head of schedule and at lower cost. Clients range in revenue from multi-million to multi-billion-dollar multinational corporations.• Aided clients with their global Transfer Pricing documentation. Projects consisted of in-depth Transfer Pricing reports (including industry, market, functional, company, financial and economic analysis) of cross-border intercompany transactions involving intangibles, tangible goods and services for client’s foreign affiliates. In addition, collaborated closely with clients to set deliverables, timelines, budgets, project standards and estimate the cost of projects for the client. • Provided asset management for Low Income Housing Tax Credit Apartment buildings in the Bronx. During the analysis found that one of the buildings in the portfolio could not stay solvent without a 6% increase in the monthly maintenance fee. Developed a proposal for the board and the proposal was accepted and implemented.• Provided tax assistance in Spanish, filed tax returns, organized volunteers and marketed a free tax preparation service to low-income families.

• Wrote, received, and managed a USAID grant to build a computer lab for a local school. Working with the school and community development association, we were able to renovate a storage room and develop into a computer lab by connecting to the internet and purchasing computer desks, chairs, keyboards, and air conditioning.• Designed and delivered 10 workshops for two community development associations, training approximately 150 individuals in community participation, goal setting, meeting management, and problem solving. As a result, the community development association successfully won a 60 household potable water project.• Taught English language and computer courses to approximately 100 adult and elementary students. Developed and implemented Dental Hygiene campaigns, Sex Education campaigns, a three-day Gender Equality camp and a three-day Environment Camp for teenagers in order to increase awareness of these issues in local communities.

• Collected, processed, and analyzed data from linear sensitivity tests of Angular Rate Sensors (ARS) through the use of Matlab scripts, which verified that the ARS were not susceptible to measuring linear motion. Presented the test methodology to the customer and the work resulted in a $350,000 contract awarded to the company.
