Project management of transmission and substation projects for electric utility companies and the renewable energy industry. Responsibilities included project planning and scheduling, cash flows, earned value reporting, system safety audit and analysis, project status reporting, and ensuring compliance with client’s project scope and specifications.

Designed protection and control systems, as well as physical layout of substations. Duties also included procurement, scheduling, and grounding studies. Served three months with field service division. Performed testing, preventative maintenance, and commissioning of equipment, including electromechanical and microprocessor relays, motor starters, circuit breakers, and transformers. Performed duties as assistant project manager with construction division for six months. Duties included cost controls and progress reports. Played active role in college recruiting.
