Matthew is the founder of Trusted Advisor, a tight-knit & exclusive group of advisors with A-list celeb clients, influencers, pro-athletes, musicians, writers, creators, and producers. They handle their clients' complete picture: from their banking and bill pay to insurance, cyber-security, business ventures, large purchases and investing. Trusted Advisor hosts 5+ events per month around the world including its Trusted Women initiative, dedicated Trusted Sports events and more. Matthew has spent the past ten years building venture-backed technology companies, working with business managers, family offices and UHNW advisors, forming public-private partnerships with leading government agencies and major companies, and building teams of interdisciplinary professionals to tackle complex topics like driverless cars in NYC and space travel. Prior to founding Trusted Advisor, Matthew was the founder of Empire Software Inc., a venture-backed FinTech company. Empire was a highly secure dashboard for business managers, CPAs, and family offices which combined accounting and financial data with insurance policies, tangible assets, loans, trust and estate planning. Matthew also founded Blank Space in 2013, the largest organizer of creative competitions in the world. Blank Space recently completed the Outer Space competition to envision the future of traveling and living in outer space, working with leaders like astronaut Chris Hadfield to select the winners of the competition. In 2016 Blank Space partnered with the City of New York (including the Mayor's Office, DOT, TLC, EDC, DCP) to help the City plan for the future of driverless technology within the 5 boroughs, culminating in an event with more than 800 attendees, and resources for the winning teams to continue developing their proposals.
