I am a skilled automotive technician in all areas of the automotive repair industry. With more than 19 years experience I have honed the expertise necessary to properly diagnose and repair vehicles with the utmost professionalism. I currently work at a high volume toyota dealership where efficiency and speed is key. My role in this environment has many demands, including - but not limited to - answering the phone, assisting customers, writing estimates, diagnosing and repairing vehicles. My colleagues and superiors know me as a hard working individual who can always be trusted with whatever task is given to me. While working alone is often required, I enjoy collaborating with other technicians in order to gain extra insight into properly and efficiently repairing vehicles. While attending Methacton High School I also attended North Montco Technical Career Center, where I participated in several automotive competitions, routinely placing at the top of the class. I also attended Universal Technical Institute, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and receiving several student of the courses. I am currently an ASE master technician and a advanced level diagnostic technician. I am currently a Master Diagnostic Technician with Toyota And Also have my A9 and L3 ASE certifications.
