I am a Partner in the EPC group at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP specialising in infrastructure, construction and energy disputes. I trained at Nabarro and have more than 20 years experience advising on all aspects of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration (ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL) and forms of alternative dispute resolution in relation to construction and engineering projects. My recent experience covers work in the following areas: offshore wind; industrial / warehouse facilities; healthcare; office; residential; retail; mixed use developments; car parks; PFI / PPP; stadia; and power plants. This experience has included disputes in relation to the Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm, the London Underground PPP and Wembley Stadium.I regularly advise on a wide range of contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke) and have a particular expertise in relation to complex delay claims.I have a Masters degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Kings College London and am member of the Technology and Construction Solicitors' Association and the Society of Construction Law.
