•Oversee all programming, organize staff (~50) and camper (~280) schedules, plan camp-wide activities, and serve as a senior administrator•Supervise, train, and evaluate ~50 staff members in various program areas while teaching relevant leadership skills•Schedule athletic matches with other camps in the Lakes Region for up to 18 different teams throughout the summer

•Developed algorithm to automate lifeguard scheduling problem, reducing runtime of task from 15-20 hours to a matter of minutes•Promoted to Senior Division Head in 2021 (represent the top 1% of senior camper class)•Responsible for overseeing the leadership development of a division of 60 campers•Mentor both Leaders in Training (LITs) and cabin leaders throughout the summer•Along with Assistant Division Head, evaluate performance of leader corps members, LITs and fellow cabin leaders at the end of the summer, and oversee a team of 4 cabin leaders and 4 LITs.Previous positions include Leader Corps Member (2016), Leader in Training (2017), Cabin Leader (2018 & 2019), and Assistant Division Head/IT Director (2020).
