Matt Geary is a beer industry professional who cut his teeth working at the family brewery, DL Geary Brewing Company, in Portland, Maine. After starting in packaging, his experience grew to include roles in brewing, sales, operations, innovations, and marketing. As Senior Manager of Innovations of Brewed Technology, Matt and his cross-functional team are responsible commercializing new-to-world brewing and dispense technology designed to benefit the entire supply chain while minimizing environmental impact. Matt's is vocal in his passion for beer and the beer industry. He spreads the word with best-in-industry education programs within Molson Coors and throughout the country. Matt's mother was an industry innovator in the 1980's and he hopes to spread her legacy by sharing beer related training and education to groups who have not been included in the industry.
