Responsible for strategy execution on a 29 property, 7,327 unit portfolio

-Support business plan execution within my portfolio, including asset management and strategy implementation, budgeting, financial, leasing, marketing, and operational performance.

-Responsible for business development in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Western Texas-Conducting Market Research including rental and vacancy rates, capitalization rates, employment rates, demographics, recent sales, for-sale assets, and development pipelines-Analyzing financial statements and underwriting Pro Forma Budgets-Creating Market Surveys to analyze sub-markets and assist in underwriting

Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties, to include:-Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments-Completes all leasing paperwork-Compiles and processes applications for approval-Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to new resident-Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements-Assists with resident relations-Keys in all fees, deposits, and new lease information-Shows apartments to prospective leases-Accepts and completes Notice to Vacate forms-Accepts rental payments-Other duties as assigned
