After studying other industries, traveling the country, and looking at some of the largest brands in the space, Matt discovered a formula for consistently hiring field and office positions. He made it his mission to support his fellow peers by co-founding The Contractor Consultants, a company that empowers contractors to build dynamic and successful teams with ease. They offer both a fully done-for-you outsourced hiring service, as well as the first-ever 63-module hiring course partnering with industry giants such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Billd, and Angi. Matt received a Quality and Craftsmanship Award from Congress in 2023 and The Contractor Consultants was awarded the Top Outsourced Hiring Company of 2024 by Construction Business Review.Their mission is to support companies by finding, vetting, and hiring the talent they need without having to pay heavy recruiter fees or waste time in areas that do not best serve them.
