After studying other industries, traveling the country, and looking at some of the largest brands in the space, Matt discovered a formula for consistently hiring field and office positions. He made it his mission to support his fellow peers by co-founding The Contractor Consultants, a company that empowers contractors to build dynamic and successful teams with ease. They offer both a fully done-for-you outsourced hiring service, as well as the first-ever 63-module hiring course partnering with industry giants such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Billd, and Angi.
