Quark provides highly-scalable IPAM and is at least twice as performant as any plugin in the Neutron repo, while matching any of them feature for feature.Implemented bleeding-edge networking features on top of Nicira’s software-defined-networking platform NVP (now called NSX) which included tenant-based logical switching, hybrid networking topologies and highly-configurable security groups.
