Lead a team of 7 recruiters in which we specialized in recruiting in Manufacturing, Supply Chain,Medical/Biotech, and Engineering/Aerospace.• Lead and organize daily/weekly meetings with my team to go over KPI’s and Key Metrics to provideconstructive feedback for positive results as well as go over priority jobs.• Train recruiters both on my team and in my office on effective sourcing strategies.• Manage over 20-30 jobs at a time prioritizing and assigning roles to my team as well as sourcing on these rolesmyself.• Work closely with Program Managers/Hiring Managers to pinpoint certain “pain points” or issues that they need resolved.• Give feedback on sourcing efforts and negotiate job details with Hiring Managers (remote work, payincrease, education flex, etc) to get the most qualified candidates presented for the role.• Work with local branches and Market Managers to assist in sourcing efforts for roles they are unable to fill.• Manage multiple pipelines of qualified candidates in several different markets/industries.
