Led intelligence operations for U.S. Army Europe rotational forces in the Black Sea area of operations, during a European deployment.• Coordinated with outside agencies in eastern Europe to establish joint intelligence groups with host-nations to produce intelligence surrounding the Black Seas area and filling prior intelligence gaps.• Selected to conduct complex AR 15-6 (misconduct), and Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss investigations, resulting in the recovery of over $90,000 of unaccounted property and provided a report that served as a source to recommend safety related changes to the M1064 (tracked vehicle) technical manual.

Lead Intelligence manager for a Security Force Assistance Advisory Team in Afghanistan, consisting of 50 personnel. Trainer and advisor to the Director of Police Intelligence who oversaw the 7 provinces, 76 districts and 28,000 Afghan police. Facilitated the synchronization of all intelligence and counterintelligence, related to the Enemies of Afghanistan within the police area of operations.• Repaired U.S. and Afghan relations between U.S. Forces, CIA, Afghan National Directorate of Security, and other U.S. and Afghan agencies to increase intelligence sharing and improve actionable targeting.

Supervisor for seven personnel and two subordinate logistics offices.
