From product developers and engineers, to the people on our 24/7 customer support team, everyone has the drive to succeed and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives.As Talent Acquisition Manager, I focus on collaboration between a team of TA Professionals and multiple business units centered on achieving hiring objectives. We serve a diverse group of functions across the organization, partnering on FT, PT and Temp positions. I work directly with business leaders on identifying hiring objectives, timing and strategies. Alongside my TA partners, we focus on continuous improvement to our hiring and interviewing processes as well as creating a positive and equitable experience for all candidates. I am responsible for identifying and reporting on KPIs and OKRs for recruiting activities within the designated cost centers my team partners with. My goal is to deliver the right hire to our teams while also creating opportunity for job seekers.
