Main responsibilities include demo construction, pre-sales customer site visits, data modeling and integration, training, and project management and implementation.

Field Service Representative contracted to Palantir Technologies. Responsible for the administration and training of Palantir Gotham on customers sites including Afghanistan, New Zealand, and throughout the United States. Customers included US Military, US Intelligence, Foreign Governments, and Non-Governmental Organizations. Also served as team lead responsible for the management and administration of eight FTEs located around the globe. Led the Business Development for a multi-million dollar contract with 30+FTEs. Responsible for maintaining the customer relationship, coordinating new billets, and facilitating personnel changes on the existing contract.
