This role included working on the ICT service desk providing first line support to all staff, responding to service desk calls via phone, email and directly through the service desk software. A wide range of duties were involved in this role, including configuring and installing computer equipment, distributing the equipment to staff following company protocol, and providing continued support for hardware and software issues.I worked as part of a team to perform a range of technical tasks, whilst seeking guidance and providing assistance also to ensure tasks were complete and targets were met.

I have the responsibilities of answering calls and dealing with them in an appropriate and correct manner, helping disabled people find their way about the office, setting up meetings appropriate to their purpose and audience, and keeping the general upkeep of the office to an extremely high standard.
