Cybersecurity Policy
Dod
I provided systems engineering in support of a common DoD/IC enterprise IA architecture, to include the development, implementation, and coordination of CNCI 7, DoD’s GIG IA Architecture and IC IA architectures, and DoD and DHS Software Assurance activities. I assisted in management of DoD’s multi-billion dollar GIG IA portfolio and CNCI cybersecurity investments across the DoD, IC, and US Government, to included program reviews, deep dives, capabilities gap scoring, investment adjustments, and understanding the linkages between programs within the portfolio. Represented the GIG IA Portfolio to DoD’s Battlespace Awareness Capability Portfolio: reviewing and scoring programs at the WG and Functional Capabilities Board levels and acted as the primary representative as needed, to include attending the Joint Requirements Oversight Council. I provided input and guidance in the development of enterprise management standards for the DoD, IC, and Civilian Agencies, drawing from multiple standards bodies (e.g. NIST, ISO, ANSI, IEEE, etc.), and facilitated the comprehensive integration of data standards (e.g. SCAP, CEE, CVE, OVAL, etc.) into planned and existing capabilities.
