Senior Manager - Marketing, Client Advocacy
Current• Own and manage customer advocacy program development and activities across the customer life cycle showcasing our customers’ success and thought leadership.• Develop, own and influence a comprehensive customer storytelling content strategy in alignment with sales, marketing, and product & technology to support the most impactful customer content including case studies, videos, speaking opportunities, thought leadership partnerships, etc.• Serve as a key storyteller for Paylocity, embracing and articulating our brand and product value proposition and articulating to internal and external audiences • Partners across marketing leadership to align on cross-functional planning and ensure launch timelines are met. Ensure all content is delivered at the highest quality, on time, and within budget. • Manage KPI and executive reporting and create correction plans as needed to ensure campaigns achieve targets. • Innovate how customers are involved in Paylocity’s programs such as brand campaigns, product launches, media opportunities, speaking engagements, events, and more.• Lead third-party review site management across key sites such as G2, TrustRadius, and Gartner Peer Insights to ensure Paylocity’s presence is accurately reflected and captures customer sentiment • Manage high-touch relationships with customer advocates and strategic customer leaders/executives to develop and deliver mutually beneficial advocacy plans, across storytelling, media pitches, and events where required.• Use industry and customer research, competitive intelligence and product performance data to identify unique thought leadership campaigns and represent the voice of the customer.
