Senior Manager - Marketing, Client Advocacy
Current- Own and manage customer advocacy program development and activities across the customer life cycle showcasing our customers’ success and thought leadership.
- Develop, own and influence a comprehensive customer storytelling content strategy in alignment with sales, marketing, and product & technology to support the most impactful customer content including case studies.
- Serve as a key storyteller for Paylocity, embracing and articulating our brand and product value proposition and articulating to internal and external audiences
- Partners across marketing leadership to align on cross-functional planning and ensure launch timelines are met. Ensure all content is delivered at the highest quality, on time, and within budget.
- Manage KPI and executive reporting and create correction plans as needed to ensure campaigns achieve targets.
- Innovate how customers are involved in Paylocity’s programs such as brand campaigns, product launches, media opportunities, speaking engagements, events, and more.
