𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻I wrote my first resume, which was actually a CV, for a primary care physician in 2001. I may have used pen and paper back then, I can’t remember. What was originally part of my job in the healthcare field turned into a weekend side gig. My goal was to make extra money to fund the construction of my garage gym (fully-loaded with everything Rouge Fitness). Once I ran out of room for more equipment, I kept writing. I found I enjoyed the process and meeting job seekers from across the globe. I have created resumes for people in China, Russia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, and the Americas – just about everywhere. Everyone has a unique story and I help tell it while creating a strategy to navigate the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Let’s face it, the resume gets you the interview so we better find a way to make it past the “bots” and put this in front of the hiring manager.I really dived into resume writing after moving from Boston to Florida. I needed to recruit some talented physician extenders/support staff and decided to volunteer my services at a local technical school where I lectured students on everything from how to find a job, how to make a personal connection with the hiring manager, and how to dress for success during the interview. We even touched on how to avoid sweaty hands and what to do with all those tattoos!Fast forward about 2K+ resumes and here I am doing this full time. I work from home with my two-year old daughter under my feet and hit my gym whenever I want. I truly enjoy this opportunity and look forward to each project – a blank slate to create a story to go with my strategy. What I love most is hearing from my clients after they use their new resume. I think I get more excited than they do when that first offer comes through. It’s the ultimate reward and I try to celebrate with all of my clients.

Successfully exited after gaining 5 years of boots-on-the-ground, grit-driven startup experience.OVERVIEW: Founder of three fitness industry startups specializing in boxing, high-intensity training, yoga, P90X, Insanity, PiYo, and personal and group training. Worked remotely with clients to create customized fitness and nutrition strategies, trained executive clients one-on-one. Managed all human resources remotely through cloud-based systems. Recruited, hired, trained, and mentored management-level, administrative, and fitness trainers. On-boarded new employees, explained company policy and handbook, managed all HR questions remotely through consultation via skype and telephone including performance reviews, benefits analysis, salary negotiations, and benefits explanation. Directed the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the studios including remote meetings, coaching, and counsel. Built all internal human resource, financial, accounting, scheduling, and operational systems.SELECT HIGHLIGHTS:• Introduced cloud-based CRM systems including Salesforce and InfusionSoft, to manage on-line engagement resulting in over 3K Facebook “likes” and a client base of over 2K. • Enabled a 100% cloud-based and paperless operation resulting in highly efficient human resource management, financial reporting, and customer success. • Created the concept “Train like a Boxer” by incorporating boxing into each group and private workout; trained employees to include some form of boxing in every client touch point, resulting in the creation of a brand where none previously existed.

OVERVIEW: Joined a multi-specialty primary care practice and gained foundational experience in every aspect of the business. Oversaw operations and people as the healthcare landscape changed, from the adoption of EMR/EHR, the evolution of managed care, the introduction of the Affordable Care Act, and the consolidation of the industry into hospital-based settings. Managed front desk operations, quality reporting, staff performance, patient experience, billing/coding, and day-to-day business operations. -Supported integration/absorption into Tufts Medical Center at the end of 2014. SELECT HIGHLIGHTS:• Transitioned the group started in 1974 to a 100% paperless office in 12 months, with zero disruption in service.• Led the adoption of a cloud-based EHR and billing system, championing success through whole-office training.• Spearheaded the development of an electronic bridge between the in-house lab and Quest Diagnostics, ensuring rapid delivery of test results to improve patient experience and levels of care.• Created a Patient-Centered Medical Home environment, providing on-site sub-specialist care (Orthopedics, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Gastroenterology) to deliver one-stop access for a patient panel of 6K+.• Supported the management of a large, aging managed care population, ensuring high-quality levels of care.
