As part of the sale of BASF Construction Chemicals business to Lone Star, Accenture has provided separation services to BASF that include a new SAP S/4 environment, new infrastructure and devices including Azure Cloud, transition of non-ERP applications to the new infrastructure, and AO/IO and Finance & HR BPO services. My role was to manage the roll out and gap mitigation of the new SAP S/4 template solution to the North America businesses which included 4 lines of business, 90+ sites, and 2000 users including the installation of the new infrastructure and devices, non-ERP applications and the transition to the new support services.Key Accomplishments:  Managed 4 sprints to mitigate the North America Gaps in the new SAP S/4 Template Delivered the full suite of solutions and transition to Services in less than 6 months Managed the first remote go-live of SAP S/4 ever on April 6, 2020 due to Covid 19

As part of Tenneco’s business strategy, their lines of businesses are being separated functionally and technically. Tenneco has two large SAP environments, one for North America and one for ROW, including ECC6, SNC, GRC, SRM, and HR. Their goal is to separate and clone the Tenneco universe of applications including SAP to support the lines of business as different operating companies including activation of new legal entities as appropriate. My role is to provide strategic advice on how to perform the SAP separation and to plan, estimate, and deliver the separation.Key Accomplishments:  Managed the clone and carve out of 2 to 4 SAP ECC 6 environments Architected and Performed Financial Carve out of 8 legal entities across 4 SAP ECC 6 Instances Architected temporary cross instance intercompany sales models Architected major EDI and Interface Splitter across 4 SAP ECC 6 Instances Architected forms module to allow over 750 forms to transition simultaneously multiple times

In 2018 we Optimized the Azure Cloud estate from $300K to $120K, reduced infrastructure support for networks, servers, and printers by $100K, optimized the ISP providers and messaging providers to get better service and costs globally, etc.…. Cost reduction is only part of the story, customer satisfaction improved by more than 50% demonstrated by call, resolution metrics and satisfaction surveys through model changes, implementing a customer service portal, and ongoing training initiatives. Our approach has been to provide the user with the best training, the best communication options, and the most responsive leadership team to keep the business operating at the highest possible level where IT is a component of their work. Finally, cyber security through two factor authentication, data protection, and phishing education are core to keeping our business ad customer safe.
