Managing a busy field-based school sales team and regional managers across the USA, Caribbean, Europe, Africa and SE Asia, with responsibility across our content (OUP) and qualifications lists (OxfordAQA).- Ultimate responsibility for achieving content sales targets across direct territories worth £17M pa- Managing all aspects of the sales cycle - leveraging product knowledge to embed consultative/solution selling techniques among team- Coordinating complex business change initiatives including; sales model and team redesign; international product development; process and system launches- Working with in-region teams to develop existing accounts and new leads, perform presentations to prospects, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals- Build our reporting and pipeline systems, ensuring a culture of evidence and data-led performance management is embedded- Setting regional overhead and sales budgets

Creation and delivery of regional strategy to deliver growth across the CAMENA region.- Coordinating a cross-divisional task force targeting MoE-level sales opportunities- Matrix management of twelve line reports across three ELT promotional offices and one branchoffice, and day-to-day responsibility for their performance and development- Careful setting of KPIs, and monitoring of sales performance to ensure pipeline sales are visibleand significant opportunities/threats are properly communicated to relevant stakeholders- Working with local Area Managers and Trade Sales team to manage key trade accounts, and lead strategies to influence and improve trade relationships- Setting, owning and managing overhead budgets- In-market coaching, mentoring and induction of new starters

Driving sales of our UK primary and secondary content portfolios internationally.- Development and execution of list-level sales strategies across our UK Primary and Secondary portfolio- Conducting internal product training through live webinar and sales conference sessions- In-market team coaching/upskilling- Delivery of pre-adoption product orientations to large school/trade accounts- Showcasing our portfolio at conferences and events- Representation of International Sales at key internal forums- Input in proposal papers (including sales forecasting) for all new UK publishing- Ongoing coordination with Marketing, PD, Publishing, UK Sales, and Commercial teams
