Coburn and Baker are a thriving Artisan Bakery established in Brighton and Hove. I work behind the scenes producing hand crafted sourdough and artisan breads, fine patisserie and unique cakes and tarts every morning, which Coburn and Baker supply wholesale to hotels, restaurants, gourmet shops, cafes and caterers throughout Sussex and beyond.I am a highly skilled and experienced Baker working within a team of pastry chefs, using the highest quality of ingredients and traditional methods, taking inspiration from classical English, European, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern baking.
