Demonstrating and ensuring self-resilience, resourcefulness whilst developing their interpersonal skills for excelling in organisational/operational day to day delivery. • Performed HR role for team conducting appraisals, and career mapping while safeguarding unsettling/settling staff difficulties guaranteeing the best support for each employee is upheld.• Communicated targets to team, allocating timescales, budgets and plans while driving collaboration for each new job aligning for operational readiness. • Completed PTI course, awarded top student.

Displaying discipline, perseverance, and determination to ensure I could be the best athlete I could be, resulting in myself holding a top 10 world ranking for 200m Butterfly for 4 years. My sol aim was to engage with my team to strategically design and plan to bring enhancements to my training through strength and condition, core strength a mental resilience. This all completed through substantial goal setting, teamwork and team building to continue push boundaries for me and my team while being a positive role model.
