I have experience integrating with and managing VMWare, AWS, Azure public cloud and Azure Pack environments.

Operated the Unisys ITSMaaS platform, based on BMC Remedy ITSM 8.1 and Liferay, hosted in Azure. Managed a 10 person team of engineers and support staff. Maintained several hundred servers globally in Microsoft Azure.* Accountable for availability and incident SLAs. Served as highest technical escalation point for all incidents. Directed technical teams and troubleshooting effort during P1, P2 major incident bridges,* Developed best practices for operating BMC ITSM in the Azure cloud.* Responsible to clients for quality of ITSM implementation and customizations. I wrote an empirical research paper on the Ando-Modigliani Life-Cycle Hypothesis as applied to residential housing assets, using the Survey of Consumer Finances data sets. I presented this paper at the 43rd annual meeting of the Missouri Valley Economic Association in the Monetary Economics section.
