At Globus Medical and NuVasive, Inc., my work involves developing distributed Windows applications that enhance the precision and efficiency of spine surgeries, from the planning phase through to post-operative analysis. I played a key role in creating the foundational architecture for the next-generation Pulse Platform, significantly expanding NuVasive's impact in surgical settings. By integrating 3D navigation and robotics within the Pulse Platform, I have helped set new benchmarks for operational excellence in spine surgery. My development of WPF applications simulates imaging devices and 3D cameras, supporting the development and testing for 3D navigation and Robotics applications. Before joining NuVasive, I was the Software Lead for Windows Applications at SenDx Medical, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA, from October 2012 to August 2013. In this role, I led a team of developers and testers in creating C#/WPF Windows 8 Embedded applications for next-generation blood glucose analyzers, overseeing the project from inception to delivery and setting new standards for blood glucose monitoring technology.Key achievements: • Modernized development processes by transitioning from outdated project management methods to Team Foundation Server, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.• Led successful transformation of software group to more efficient TFS 2012 project management system.• Spearheaded the maintenance of legacy C#/WinForms applications to drive continuity/reliability of existing medical software solutions.
