Wildwood Programs currently has students in ages ranging from 5-21 most of all the students have developmental disabilities.

Promote independence, self-esteem and community integration, to individuals with developmental disabilities. Provide instruction and assistance to individuals in areas of daily living including but not limited to personal hygiene, cooking, house maintenance, social interaction with peer groups, mobility training, constructive use of leisure time and personal finances. Participate in a person centered approach program plan. Assist program participates in activities to build competencies and integrate individuals into their communities

Instruct and teach Sylvan learning programs for students in grades 3-9. Supervise, interact with and motivate students during instruction, reward students for completed assignments, evaluate and document student progress, and communicate student needs to the center manager. Inspire students by developing rapport with them and establishing an engaging learning environment, maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrate an enthusiasm for teaching.

Serve as a substitute teacher for grades K-8 in many subjects, including special education and BOCES classrooms. Implement the teacher’s instructions for the day, take on all of the roles of the particular teacher, including monitoring recess, lunch, and bus duties, account for all students, and prepare a thorough and detailed report for the teacher for the next day.

Inside sales representative for the largest merchant credit card processing firm in the country. Responsibilities include securing the sale of the account, providing the merchant knowledge about related processing types, keeping affront on the latest industry pricing, and personalizing an account with the most compatible technology based on business. Proficient at getting referrals, following up, and being accountable for all merchants and clients.

Responsible for being the liaison between the rental branch and the insurance company (e.g. OneBeacon and Safety Insurance). Authorized insurance replacement car rentals, based on collision and comprehensive coverage on policies and determined hours of labor from appraisal obtained by the insurance carrier. Maintained appraisal and supplemented updates, extended rentals, and terminated rentals based on policy requirements.

Engaged in face-to- face sales, maintained day to day duties of opening and closing business operations, conducted fleet maintenance, made branch deposits, cleaned rentals, promoted safety of insurance and liability waivers for customers, and provided excellent customer service to rejuvenate repeat business and referrals.

Maintained a clean, safe, and operational health club facility. Signed up new club members and ran a promotional mailing campaign every month, as well as assisted with the sales generation for the athletic club’s prospects and corporate groups. Conducted facility tours, managed the day to day operations of opening and closing a business in downtown Boston.
