Manage and organize over 30 diverse bands for this annual parade attended by over one million people. Responsibilities include researching appropriate bands for the parade, negotiating contracts, creating budgets and databases, meeting with bandleaders, coordinating bands with parade marshalls, assigning lineup positions, ensuring the smooth integration of bands into the parade and following up with bands after the parade.
