In this role I was responsible for the Digital Marketing team at Clark, which recently launched Phase 1 of a complete website redesign on the Drupal CMS and Acquia platform, including the Acquia Lift personalization engine. Early results of the work were positive. In the first three months post-launch:• Overall traffic grew more than 15%. • There was a nearly 240% increase in traffic to the site from social media channels.• Traffic from mobile phones increased 42%, while traffic from tablets increased 6%.• There was an 11% conversion rate on My Journey, the custom content personalization tool for prospective students; this beat industry average of approximately 10% for form completion.As part of the redesign and relaunch, we created two new content hubs that bring Clark and its research to life every day.• Traffic to the content on these hubs increased significantly compared to traffic to similar content in the previous year.• Social media reach of this content grew significantly, with top articles having a greater than 120% social reach than similar content prior to launch.
