Seattle Hill Road Overlay Preservation Project - Deputy project manager for $1.3 million federally funded project that consisted of a full-width 2” grind and overlay of 1.3 miles of arterial roadway. Additional work included upgrading 42 ADA ramps and upgrading pedestrian pushbuttons at two signalized intersections. 2020 Grade C Pipe Repair Project – Manage design and construction phase for $740,000 project that utilized in-situ repair that included cured in place pipe (CIPP) and sectional cured in place (SCIPL) to repair damaged 18”-30” diameter pipes. • Lead and mentor staff to include hiring, training, assigning and monitoring work activities and evaluating performance. Provide work direction and guidance to other personnel on City projects as needed; provide project leadership and quality control on projects requiring City personnel; and establish and maintain project schedules and activities.• Make presentations to City Council members, staff, and the general public during City Council meetings. Presentation topics included capital project status updates, professional services agreements and contracts for design and construction of capital projects; and interlocal agreements between the City and other agencies, including utility providers, Snohomish County, and Snohomish Conservation District. • Assist with the development of the City’s six-year Transportation Improvement Program and Capital Facilities Program.

•I-405 Sepulveda Pass HOV Lane Widening Project (Design-Build) - Technically involved in the resolution of design problems that included performing field investigations, inspections, writing design documentation, detailed checking of design done by others, and general coordination between agency design reviewers and design engineers. Perform and write traffic analysis reports for line of sight analysis and continental crosswalk installation at selected intersections within the project corridor. Work with other technical disciplines (roadway, structures, and utilities) to identify potential design conflicts with LADOT traffic signal equipment, traffic signs, roadway striping, and Caltrans electrical system. Assisted other engineers in researching, analyzing and resolving engineering problems related to this transportation improvement project. •SR-91 Corridor Improvement Project (Design-Build) - Utilize MicroStation to design traffic monitoring systems that included: fiber optic communication and electrical service for electronic toll and traffic management, Caltrans fiber optic communications, closed circuit television, traffic monitoring stations, and changeable message signs. Perform site inspections to verify accuracy of as-built electrical and communication plans. Coordinate placement of equipment cabinets and conduits with the roadway and structures design engineers.

Primarily responsible for maintaining and updating city traffic sign inventory with 12,000 traffic signs using GIS. Performed field inspections of traffic signs to determine sign condition, reflective sheeting type, and post locations.
