• General Responsibilities
• Oversee HELOC supervisors/staff responsible for the processing, monitoring, managing and exceeding client and internal expectation across the following HELOC defined process: Default Management o First Lien monitoring.

• Interact with Legal, Audit and Compliance to assess, strategize, develop, test and report upon Fraud and Risk Management controls related to HELOC advances, payments and other industry defined HELOC threats.
